Sauce
I made sauce. As in homemade, cooked on the stove all day long, garlicy, thick with sweet fresh basil I grew added in, kind of sauce. The freezer will hold most of it until I need it for a cool-weather meal, but what we enjoyed tonight over whole wheat spaghetti was so yummy. If I do say so myself. I’m not of Italian heritage either, but I made sauce. And it is freaking delicious.
